The addition of sun-dried tomatoes to your hummus will increase the flavor of an already  delicious dip. The creamy texture of the hummus along with the balance between acidity and slight sweet notes of the sun-dried tomato work perfectly together and are sure to be a hit. Here’s what you need.

Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas
10-12 sun-dried tomatoes
3 tbsp tahini
1 clove of garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp of olive oil
pinch of salt and pepper

Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz for a minute to get a nice even consistency. Add a little more oil if it is a little dry and salt and pepper for taste.
