3 Organic Avocados
1 Clove of Garlic
Juice of 1 Lime
1/2 Red Chili (leave seeds in if you want it extra hot)
1/2 tsp Ground Caraway
Salt
Pepper
Remove the flesh from the avocado into a food processor. Add the garlic, lime juice, caraway, finely chopped chili and blitz until smooth. Season with salt and pepper depending on taste. Goes well on toast or with chips. Sombrero optional when eating.
