Hey p(r)esto another great recipe from The Aquarian. If you liked our sun-dried tomato pesto you will love our green pesto. Here’s what you need:
Ingredients:
70g Parmesan cheese (or Vegan alternative)
30g Basil
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp Meridian pumpkin seed butter
75ml olive oil
Whiz all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Let it sit for a while so all the ingredients have time to fuse together. If your feeling lazy the Meridian pumpkin seed butter actually goes really well with pasta on its own. Hey presto another great idea from The Aquarian.
