Lets set the scene, you come home from a hard days work, your tired, lazy and looking for something easy and tasty to eat for dinner. You open the kitchen press and you are greeted with a gloom looking shelf consisting of cashews, vegetable stock, oil, a lonely looking lime and some herbs. Your deflated, your about to close the press and call it a day when a light bulb goes off in your head and you realize you can make The Aquarian’s Cashew cream pesto pasta. Your spirits are lifted and you fire into action. Here’s what you need:
200g Cashews
1 Lime (Juiced)
100ml Vegetable stock
150ml Rapeseed oil
50g fresh basil or 10g dried
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
400g Whole wheat pasta
Bring a large pot of water to the boil and cook until soft. Juice a lime and add to the food processor along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until everything is mixed and forms a nice paste like texture. Just add the pesto and pasta together and night saved!!

I was born in 1965 in Nuremberg, Germany, to a German mother and a Turkish father. Growing up in a blend of two rich cultures gave me a deep appreciation for food, farmers, and the traditions that nourish us—though I didn’t fully realize this until much later in life.
So how did I end up as a health store owner?
Well, life has a funny way of guiding us toward our purpose.
In my early 20s, I worked in export for a well-known sports company in Germany. But I had a dream of living abroad. That dream led me first to Ireland, then to Australia, and eventually back to Ireland—where I’ve made my home ever since.
